All nutrition plans require a one-month minimum commitment, are individualized based on each person's information and goals, and are adjusted weekly depending on your progress. Each person progresses differently and requires individualized attention, therefore no two plans are exactly the same.
All nutrition plans include:
- ◦ A macro based nutrition plan, developed by head coach Delaina, based on your personal information and goals
◦ Weekly check-ins with your assigned nutrition coach, with any adjustments needed based on your progress
- ◦ 24/7 availability via email for support, advice, help, questions or concerns you may have, from your coach
- ◦ Meal suggestions and help meeting and fulfilling macros
- ◦ Accountability from the FYT Team
