Why FYT Came to Be

FYT Nutrition was started when Delaina wanted to take her athletic performance to the next level. She knew her nutrition was the key and she began looking to improve it.  Like many people, she had tried many different diets in the past and while she saw little successes here and there, it wasn’t until she started counting macros that the real change happened. After this change, Delaina realized that the secret to great health and performance was not in the type of diet one ascribed to (Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, etc.), but instead was in the balance of foods and the awareness of how they affected the body.

After experiencing success in her life, Delaina was eager to help others achieve the same result. FYT Nutrition was born out of two passions: being healthy and teaching people. Delaina’s goal is to help others reach the level of success and freedom she has.

FYT Nutrition designs individualized nutrition program to fit your lifestyle and allow you to reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be. We can help you lose weight, gain muscle, change your body composition or whatever your goals are by giving you the tools needed to make a lasting change through education, experience, coaching, support, and confidence.

Our nutrition program and the concept behind counting macros is to ensure you have the proper balance of fats, carbs, and protein to maintain energy and muscle growth while changing your body for the better.

In order to optimize your performance and be the best that you can be, you need to know what and how much you’re eating.

Having macronutrient balance and precision allows lean muscle mass to grow and body fat to melt away, resulting in a leaner, stronger, healthier you.

FYT Benefits

Accountability: You and your coach will work in collaboration to ensure accountability. You are required to provide your nutrition details in your weekly check-in.

Education: You will not be given a generic meal plan. Instead, you’ll be taught about what is in the foods you already eat and you will learn how to fit them into your lifestyle. You will soon know what your body needs to reach the goals you have set.

Guidance: Rather than just being told what to eat and when to eat it, your coach will help guide you to make the proper decisions by helping and teaching you along the way.
